RÜCKTRITT VOM VERTRAG

Im Falle einer Stornierung innerhalb von 120 Tage vor Mietantritt, wird der Anzahlung in voller Höhe zurückgegeben werden. Der Mieter wird aufgefordert von 119 bis 90 Tage vor Mietantritt den 30% des gemietet Aufenthalt zu bezahlen, von 89 bis 70 Tage vor Mietantritt den 50% des gemietet Aufenthalt zu bezahlen und von 69 bis 50 Tage vor Mietantritt den 70% des gemietet Aufenthalt zu bezahlen. Ab 49 Tage vor Mietantritt den 100%. In den Fall der stornierten Mietzeiten ohne finanziellen Verlust wieder vermietet werden, wird keine Strafgebühr angewendet.

RÜCKTRITT VOM VERTRAG WEGEN COVID ODER ANDERE PANDEMIE

Im Falle einer Stornierung aufgrund von Pandemiebeschränkungen aus einem der beiden Länder, die das Verlassen der eigenen Region oder die Einreise in die Region der gemieteten Immobilie bis zu 14 Tage vor Anreise verhindern, wird die Anzahlung vollständig zurückerstattet und die Stornierung wird kostenlos sein. Sollten in den 13 Tagen vor der Ankunft pandemische Einschränkungen auftreten, die den Aufenthalt nicht ermöglichen, kann die Anzahlung (oder der Restbetrag, falls bereits gezahlt) für einen anderen Urlaub in den nächsten 3 Jahren verwendet werden

TERMS OF CANCELLATION 

Free in case of cancellation up to 120 days before arrival. The customer will pay 30% of the rented stay for cancellations from 119 to 90 days before arrival, 50% of the rented stay for cancellations from 89 to 70 days before arrival, 70% of the rented stay for cancellations from 69 to 50 days before arrival and 100% of the rented stay for cancellations from 49 days before arrival. If  the period cancelled will be rented again without any damage or loss, we will not impose any penalty.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID OR OTHER PANDEMIC RESTRICTIONS
In case of cancellation due to government pandemic restrictions (closure of regional or national borders from one of the two countries) that prevent the exit from their region or entry into the region of the property rented up to 14 days before arrival, will be returned in full the deposit paid and the cancellation will not have any cost. If there are pandemic restrictions in the 13 days before arrival that make the vacation impossible, it will be possible to allocate the deposit (or the balance if already paid) to another holiday to spend in the next 3 years.

CLAUSOLE DI STORNO PRENOTAZIONE 

In caso di disdetta prima di 120 giorni dall’arrivo, verrà restituito per intero l’anticipo versato. Per disdette da 119 a 90 giorno prima dell’arrivo verrà trattenuto il 30% dell'importo totale del soggiorno. Verrà richiesto il 50% del soggiorno locato per disdette da 89 a 70 giorni prima dell’arrivo, il 70% da 69 a 50 giorni prima dell’arrivo e il 100 % del soggiorno locato per disdette o “no show” a partire da 49 giorni prima dell’arrivo. In caso di riaffitto dei periodi disdetti, qualora non vi sia stato effettivo danno economico, non verrà applicata alcuna penale.

DISDETTE CONTRATTO CAUSA COVID O ALTRA PANDEMIA
In caso di disdetta causa restrizioni governative da pandemia che impedissero l'uscita dalla propria regione o l'ingresso nella regione dell’immobile locato fino a 14 giorni prima dall’arrivo, verrà restituita per intero la caparra versata e lo storno non avrà alcun costo. Se nei 13 giorni antecedenti l’arrivo dovessero sopravvenire restrizioni pandemiche tali da non rendere possibile il soggiorno, sarà possibile destinare l’acconto (o il saldo qualora già versato) ad un’altra vacanza da trascorrere nei successivi 3 anni.
