Sunset Villa, close to the village of Capoliveri, in a residential area where you can find peace and tranquility.
Sunset Villa is one part of a detached holiday residence. It is set in a very peaceful spot on a green hillside, which welcomes you with the sweet scents of rosemary, broom and eucalyptus. The hill slopes down to the nearby bay.
You are on the south side of the island where the sun exposure is the longest and from the house you can admire the most incredible sunsets.
SUNSET VILLA (up to 8 guests) 
A five minutes' walk to the nearest beach, Sunset Villa is a beautifully designed modern beach house in Elba Island. You will fall in love with the stunning views and sunsets, the great 'infinity pool' and al fresco dining.
Interiors throughout Sunset Villa are beautifully designed in modern and contemporary style, with comfortable sofas and beds throughout.
Sunset Villa has 200 sqm of living space and a 300 sqm terrace with terrific views of the Gulfs of Stella, surrounded by a 5.000 sqm garden with wonderful flowers and a "neoclassical think tank" with plug socket, ideal for your relaxation.
The villa, completely renovated in 2014, has 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, three of which have queen-size beds, air conditioning and an internal bathroom, 3 safes, and are equipped with a "bio switch" to block any harmful electromagnetic fields, to ensure a refreshing sleep. The windows have mosquito nets. The fourth bedroom is smaller, with bunk beds (here air conditioning is not necessary) and window.
The living-room has a seating area with cushioned alcoves for relax and a fireplace. Particular attention has been devoted to colors, to the furniture and to using natural materials for insulation and painting.There is also direct access to the swimming pool.
There is a spacious well equipped kitchen (Inventory). You can also eat al fresco under a large palm tree at the outdoor marble dining table, or enjoy an aperitif on the roofed sea-view terrace.
POOL AND GARDEN
There are a host of outdoor features that are designed to lend themselves superbly to holidaying in this part of the world. There is a spectacular chlorine-free 'infinity swimming pool', 13 x 7 m (NOT FENCED), with outdoor hot shower. Beautifully set up around the pool are high quality loungers and parasols. All overlooks glorious sunsets.
... and furthermore you will discover in our garden herbs (like sage, rosemary, oregano ...) and lemons.
THE DEPENDANCE (up to 3 guests )
There is also, at guests' disposal, a spacious independent dépendance with sea view; it accommodates up to 3 guests on a sofa bed (160x190cm) and an armchair bed (70x180cm) in an open plan living space. It's a bright space with large French windows and direct access to the garden (with terrace, deck chairs, table and chairs).
Additional features: air conditioning and the bathroom area divided into toilet-bidet, sink and shower..
SEA, SPORT, SHOPS
The beach is just a two minutes' walk down a sloping path. Eventually, you'll come to a restaurant and a diving station on the beach of Madonna delle Grazie and, shortly further, to a tennis court.
Nearby the villa, there are natural beaches (like Barabarca,) and equipped beaches (like Zuccale, Lido di Capoliveri) with deckchairs and sun umbrellas, rubber boats, pedal boats, windsurfing, and jet skis.
For your shopping, the supermarket and the town of Capoliveri is 2 km away (a 20 minutes walk); from the villa there is a path leading into town (also about 20 minutes).
